Our initiative is an advocacy platform which is tailored towards the girl child holistic care
We work with the government and other relevant agencies in Nigeria to bring about the right protection policies and proffer various rehabilitation/intervention mechanisms for the traumatized, abused, disadvantaged and vulnerable girls in Nigeria and beyond
Nigeria is a country under the grip of rape by either a teacher taking advantage of his female student or male guardian, a father or some other intimate family members violating their innocent wards, sisters, daughters or nieces.
This wave of rape and other forms of sexual abuse on the Nigerian girls need the timely intervention of the relevant state agencies. More so, these girls need defined protection policy by the government and that is why IHUOMA GIRLS has come into existence.
