She is the President/CEO of IGCASI. She is a Licentiate and Professional Social Worker and was an astute Banker for over 18years having worked in the Commercial and Mortgage Banking sectors.
She was a committed Labour Leader, a woman Activist and a member of Nigeria Labour Congress- Women Committee Lagos State Chapter. She was the Deputy President of the Workers Union until her resignation in February 2014 as an Assistant Manager to fully pursue the Social Work career as evidenced by her Girl Child NGO-IGCASI. She is also the Principal Partner of Olmar Consulting, a social service firm and has been involved in various International Social Investigations with Foreign Organisations and more recently with Lagos State Ministry of Justice, Office of Public Defender/UNICEF in Lagos Nigeria.
She holds Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, MBA in Marketing from the University of Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria and Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work from Institute of Social Work of Nigeria and majored in Advocacy & Campaign. She is a Full member, Institute of Social Work of Nigeria (MSOW), Associate member, Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) (AMNIM). She is currently the Coordinator of Institute of Social Work of Nigeria, Lagos State Chapter and a Lecturer with Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy (Specialized University}, Enugu.
She is a seasoned Marketing Communication Practitioner. She is a product of University of Lagos, with BA in Philosophy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication from the same university. Lola Okhakume started her advertising career when she joined Insight Communications, the biggest and the best advertising agency in 1990 as a management trainee in the Creative Services Unit.
Due to her dynamism and leadership abilities, the unit was expanded and became a full department with more than 10 staffs reporting directly to her.
Lola Okhakume rose through the ranks at Insight Communications, starting from a Management trainee to becoming a member of the Management Board, the body responsible for the strategic and day to day running of agency business. She was also the first and only female member of the board.
She left Insight Communications in 2004 to start her own outfit, Creative Emporium Limited, which she is still running till date.
She is an Executive Member/Secretary of IGCSI Governing Board.
He is a financial expert, a seasoned and accomplished Professional Accountant. He is a man of great wealth of experience that spans through banking, capital market operation, trading, auditing, accounting, taxation, management consulting, etc.
Before delving into private practice, he had worked with Union Bank Plc, SGS Inspections Services Ltd, Continental Merchant Bank Ltd, Tanhigh Finance Ltd, Cooper Fleming Stockbrooker Ltd. He was also the Group Financial Controller of Savannah Bank Plc, Milan Industries Ltd and Bronwen Energy Trading Ltd.
Dr. Nwachukwu who presently runs a multi-faceted firm of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Tax Practitioner, Administration and Management Consultant- MICHAEL NWACHUKWU & CO ( Chartered Accountant), is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, (FCA), Fellow Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, (FCTI); Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Associate Member, Nigeria Institute of Management(AMNIM) and an expert in International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS).He is also a member of other professional bodies.
He is a graduate of Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic Idah. He obtained his Masters degree in Business Administration from Delta State University, Abraka and thereafter acquired a PhD in Humanities, Guidance and Counseling in 2007 from International Christain University Lagos. He is also a Supernumerary Assistant Superintendent of Police.
Dr. Nwachukwu is an Executive Member / Chairman BOT of IGCSI.
He is a seasoned trader and businessman, born in Accra Ghana, in the year 1956. Shortly after his birth, the family relocated to their home town, Ilero, Oyo state, Nigeria.
He attended Ansarudeen Primary school, Ilero in Kajola Local Govt Area of Oyo state, Nigeria. Alhaji Rafiu Salami undertook apprenticeship for sales of building materials for four years. After he graduated from the training, he ventured into the sales of building materials.
Thereafter, he established his building materials business permanently at Ikorodu, Lagos state, dealing specially with planks and allied products. He was a building contractor for so many years and his business site for over 30 years has been at Okegbegun Saw Mill, Shagamu Road, Ikorodu, Lagos.
Alhaji Salami is an Executive Member of IGCSI Governing Board.
She is a Professional Social Worker and an Associate Member of Institute of Social Work of Nigeria (ISOWN) specializing in Social Work Advocacy and Campaign.
Amarachi is a UNICEF trained social Investigator and an expert in Home Tracing, Home study and Background check. She has worked with UNICEF/Lagos State Ministry of Justice, Office of Public Defender project on Minors in Conflict with the law, in Prisons and Correctional Homes in Lagos State. She is also a UNICEF trained Social Work Child Protection Officer and participated in the training organized by UNICEF/ Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development for Social Workers/Court Assessors.
She is the President/CEO of Ihuoma Girls Care and Support Initiative-a Non-Governmental Organisation for girl child holistic care. She is also the Principal Partner of Olmar Consulting, a Social Work Practice firm and a Nigerian Agent for an International Social Work Agency. She is an activist, a girl child advocate and a seasoned Banker for over 18 years with high degree of performance in Corporate Marketing, Funds Mobilization and Treasury Management. She is currently the Coordinator, Institute of Social Work of Nigeria, Lagos State Chapter.
She holds a BSc ( Bachelor of Science) degree in Geography from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State, Nigeria with over 6 years experience in the Mortgage Banking Sector. She is currently concluding her MBA in Human Resource Development from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.
As the Treasurer/Program officer of this initiative, her responsibilities at IGCSI includes lodging all monies into the bank account, making the initiative’s funds available when needed, developing project implementation plans, project monitoring and evaluation. She has participated in core volunteering courses and is committed and dedicated to our cause.
He is a product of University of Nigeria, Nsukka and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering. He is an experienced Information Technology Specialist with over five (5) years in software development, web design and systems designs and architecture. He has attended several courses varying from Big Data Management to Enterprueship and Creativity.
Currently, he is a technology and business analyst at Pretact Systems Limited. Mr. Ememandu Freedom Chidozie is a committed volunteer and very passionate about how his expertise could assist the initiative in reaching greater heights. He designed and maintains this website as well as the payment donation platform.
She is a product of Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos State, Nigeria and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She also has an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accounting from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu, Enugu State, Nigeria.
While serving the mandatory one year Youth Service, she was involved in series of entrepreneurship trainings which changed her perspective and career to being the CEO of ‘Lovely Cakes and Confectioneries’; a career she currently practices.
Her responsibilities at IGCSI include attending to all correspondences, maintaining records of all meetings and preparation of annual reports. She has volunteered in several capacities having undergone requisite volunteering courses and is committed to our cause.
He is a graduate of National Open University of Nigeria and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science with over 10 years in the Educational Sector. He is currently concluding his Masters in Environmental Health from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso, Osun State, Nigeria.
His responsibilities at IGCSI include keeping track of the Initiative financial records, prepares financial report/statement of income and expenditure. He is a committed volunteer and very passionate about work and result especially in areas involving children.
She holds a Higher National Diploma from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State, Nigeria. She was an experienced Banker having worked in the Mortgage Banking Sector for over 14 years with vast experience in Funds mobilization and Corporate Marketing. She has attended various courses in Mortgage Operations and Management.
She was involved in unionism during her working period with the banking sector. Currently, she is the Assistant Procurement Manager at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. Mrs. Idowu –Okinbaloye is committed to our cause and as a dedicated Volunteer, has maintained her role as the Public Relation Officer of this Initiative.
